COVID-19 YWC Policies

Thank you for your patience with us during this time. We understand that you have made a financial commitment to YWC by purchasing a membership or pass, and we are doing our best to address each individual’s questions as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate your patronage! As a small business, this unpredictable time has created undue hardship for us as we have been forced to close our doors to the studio. This has left our instructors with greatly diminished opportunities to earn income.


We are asking our clients to please continue to support YWC by opting for extensions, suspensions, or refunds to your YWC account for future use, instead of cash refunds during this time. While we will honor refund requests, YWC will only be able to weather this storm with the support of you, our beloved yogis!


We understand that you may be experiencing financial hardships at this time as well, and we are making our refund and suspension policy more flexible for all offerings in order to accommodate. We are all in this together.


Yoga Classes

We really appreciate you sticking with us and we can’t wait to open back up in person. We would like to suggest that you first and foremost continue your practice with us by participating in our online virtual or recorded classes where you can easily continue to use any membership, package or purchase drop-in classes. >Schedule


Memberships

The following terms  apply  to  membership  status  retroactive  from   March 16th, 2020, the last full day the studio was open.

  1. Lifetime Lock-in, No Frills and Annual Members may receive an unlimited amount of time for their membership to be suspended OR may be canceled. 
  2. Cancelations are subject to one months Early Termination Fee per original agreement.
